1. What data we collect

When you use WeakPassport we may collect the following information:

Account data: your email address, created when you sign up for a free account.

Application data: your passport country, destination country, trip dates, travel purpose, employment details, financial information, property ownership status, travel history, and visa refusal history — all entered voluntarily as part of the visa weakness analysis.

Payment data: payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or any other payment card details. We only receive a confirmation from Stripe that a payment was completed.

Usage data: basic analytics on page visits and feature usage to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the WeakPassport service — generating your personalised visa weakness analysis and cover letter. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We apply row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data.

4. Third-party services

Stripe handles all payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to any data you provide during checkout: stripe.com/privacy.

Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. Their privacy policy is at supabase.com/privacy.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data retention

Your account and application data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
