WeakPassport provides informational analysis based on the details you enter. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. You should always verify requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or a qualified immigration professional before submitting a visa application.

2. No guarantee of visa approval

Our analysis identifies factors that may affect your application based on general patterns. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that following our recommendations will result in a visa being approved. Visa decisions are made entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority.

3. Accuracy of information

The accuracy of your analysis depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for results generated from incorrect or incomplete inputs.

4. Payment and refunds

Access to the full analysis is available for a one-time payment of $19.99. This payment is non-refundable once the full analysis has been generated and displayed. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your analysis, contact us at hello@weakpassport.com and we will review your case.

5. Account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share access to your account or attempt to circumvent payment requirements.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on WeakPassport is the property of WeakPassport. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the service without written permission.
